Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Failed Twice and Customer Service Ignored My Requests

I purchased a Xiaomi robot vacuum, hoping for quality and reliability, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a hassle. After just a short time, the device had to be sent for service twice in a row. When it came back the second time, the filter was completely worn out. When I reached out to customer service and technical support, they simply told me to send the vacuum back again. Instead of addressing the issue, they rudely hung up on me. Now, I can’t even get through to customer service despite trying multiple times. This whole experience has left me regretting my decision to buy from Xiaomi. I expected much better support and service from a brand like this.
