I bought a Xiaomi Mi robot vacuum cleaner, and after three years of use, it began displaying a system error or indicating a potential hardware issue. When I contacted the service team for help, I was met with dismissive replies such as "We don’t handle this," and I was informed that these devices typically last around three years, implying that I should consider purchasing a new one. This is completely unacceptable, particularly for a product that functioned just twice a week over its three-year existence. It's disappointing to invest so much in a device only to have it become unusable in such a short time. With a new one priced at ₺12,000, I find myself questioning the worth and durability of Xiaomi products. I anticipated higher quality support and durability from a brand with such a strong reputation.
