Battery Draining Issues with Xiaomi Robot Vacuum

On May 13, 2023, I went to Aqua Florya Mi Store to buy a Xiaomi robot vacuum as a gift. The next day, after being charged, it stopped working after just two minutes of cleaning, which immediately drained the battery. When I took the item back to the store, they told me they would send it to the service center. After almost two weeks, it came back with what was supposed to be a fix for the calibration, but the problem was still there. The second time I took it back to the store, they sent it back to the service center. After waiting another 15 days, they said the problem was fixed, but testing in the store showed the same problem. Communication with the store is terrible, and you can't reach Mi's service. Even though I asked for a refund, all they could do was replace it. I've tried to get in touch with the managers of Mi Center, Mi Store, and Aqua Florya, but nothing has worked out yet. I'm thinking about going to the Consumer Court about this. Has anyone else had a problem like this and found a way to fix it? I'm very upset because the brand won't give me a refund, replace it, or care about me as a customer.
