10.000 USD Missing in My Wise Account

I was using Wise to deposit and share my USD balance. They just sent me an email about that my USD Account will be updated. Right before the update progress, I received around 10k USD to my old Account. And now I cannot find my USD amount in my New account. Also Wise does not provide me with any information about that amount yet I cannot reach anyone from Wise. They are replying to my emails in 2-3 days. This is so ridiculous. I am so upset with them. They still cannot find my money in their bank. Also, I cannot use my updated bank account... I really do not know what to do now. Because there is no one that I can contact with.
