Wise Deactivated My Account
I've been using Wise for years, and on May 10th, they closed my account after I transferred funds to a family member. (In the past 7 months, I transferred funds monthly, and all other payments were within my country.) Before Wise deactivated my account, they asked for a bank account where they could transfer the funds from my Wise account. I provided it, but until today, nothing has happened, and I still haven't received my money. I've tried sending emails to support, but there's been no response for 3 days. I feel very confused by their service.
