Wise Transfer Failed, No Refund for 3 Weeks – Where Is My Money?

I made a transfer using Wise, and my bank showed that the money was sent. However, after contacting Wise, they told me the transaction was refunded—but I never received the refund! It has been three weeks now, and my money is still missing. Because of this issue, I’ve been left without funds, and Wise is just stalling with useless email responses. No clear reason, no solution—just delays. This is completely unacceptable for a financial service that people rely on for secure transactions. I need my refund immediately! Wise, stop avoiding the issue and process my money back now. If this isn't resolved soon, I will escalate my complaint further.
