I canceled my MUBI subscription back in February 2025, yet the platform has charged me 169₺ in both March and April without my knowledge or consent. I currently have no active membership, and these charges are completely unjustified.

I demand that the unauthorized payments be refunded immediately and that my credit card information be permanently deleted from your system. This isn’t just a one-time glitch—based on what I’ve seen online, many users have experienced the same issue, and it’s damaging your credibility in Turkey.

MUBI, this needs to be resolved right away. If you care about customer trust, stop charging canceled accounts and allow users to fully manage their billing information. This recurring problem reflects very poorly on your platform.
