MUBI Charged Me After I Deleted My Account and I Still Haven’t Received a Refund

I signed up for MUBI’s 3-month promotional plan for ₺30, but before the plan expired, I canceled my subscription and deactivated my account. I made sure everything was properly closed. Yet, despite this, I recently noticed that ₺169 was withdrawn from my account—without my consent and for an account that no longer exists.

What’s even more frustrating is that when I tried to log back in using the same email address, the system showed no active membership. So how can MUBI charge me for a subscription that doesn’t even appear to exist?

I’ve already emailed support multiple times and haven’t received any reply. This is unacceptable. I have no ongoing relationship with the platform, and yet money is being taken from me as if I’m an active user.

You haven't solved any of my problems. A charge was made from my card again in August 2025. I want an immediate refund and I want my card information deleted from your system, but these settings can't be done anywhere.
