Disney Plus Ignored My Cancellation and Kept Charging My Card
Despite canceling my Disney+ subscription multiple times, both through the mobile app and on my computer, I’ve continued to be charged monthly for the last 5 months — a total of ₺1,745 withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi credit card and phone bill. Even though my account shows the subscription as canceled, Disney+ still deducts payments regularly every month.
I have never used the service or watched any content during this period. I also tried to contact Disney+ customer support, but I couldn’t reach anyone or receive any assistance. My account currently shows no active subscription or saved payment method, yet the charges continue.
I request that my Disney+ account be permanently deleted and that all unauthorized charges be refunded, as I did not use the service and was billed unfairly.
