Windsor 18,000 BTU AC Installation Issues and Unexpected Charges

I ordered a Windsor 18,000 BTU air conditioner on July 18, and it was installed on August 8. During the initial inspection, the team informed me that the standard 4-meter pipe and signal cable wouldn’t suffice, so they placed an order for 7 meters of hose and cable in my name without my consent. A different team then completed the installation.
The following evening, I received a call demanding a payment of ₺3,500 for the hose and cable. I immediately reported this to Vestel’s customer service, explaining that I wasn’t consulted about the order. Vestel created a complaint record but stated no action could be taken during the process. Later, the technician who installed the unit threatened to collect the payment or remove the parts from my air conditioner.
It’s shocking to see an employee undermine a legal process and threaten customers in such an unprofessional manner. Vestel, I demand immediate resolution and accountability for this issue. This behavior is unacceptable for a corporate brand.
