GetYourGuide Delayed Refund Complaint
On November 23, I canceled my Cape Town tour reservation through GetYourGuide on the same day I made it, exercising my right to cancel as stated in the terms and conditions. According to the cancellation policy, the refund was supposed to be processed within 3–5 days.
Although my reservation number is GYG997BFKN95, a significant amount of time has passed and no refund has been credited to my card. I have also not received any clear information about the status of the refund. Despite contacting customer service, I did not receive a clear or detailed explanation regarding where the payment stands or what stage the process is in.
I request that the full amount I paid for this tour be refunded to me as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear, written update regarding the refund process.
