GetYourGuide Payment Error “Something Went Wrong”

For about a month, I have been trying to purchase tickets and make a reservation for the Van Gogh Museum through GetYourGuide, but I have been unable to complete the transaction. At the payment stage, I consistently receive an error message that says, “Sorry, something went wrong.”

During this time, I have tried multiple credit and debit cards from different banks and checked my balances and card limits, but I still cannot complete the payment through the system. I contacted GetYourGuide several times via email, and they only suggested trying a different card and checking my balance. However, these suggestions did not resolve the issue.

Since the Van Gogh Museum’s official booking and payment channel directs users to GetYourGuide, I am required to purchase my ticket through this platform. However, due to this ongoing system error, I am unable to make a reservation or buy a ticket. I request that GetYourGuide thoroughly investigate this technical issue, fix the payment error, and ensure that my reservation can be successfully completed.
