Windsor Air Conditioner Installation Left My Wall Damaged




I am writing to share my frustrating experience with the installation of my Windsor air conditioner. The installation team unnecessarily created a massive hole in my wall for a small pipe, completely damaging the surface. Instead of using proper sealant or mounting paste for the gaps, they stuffed plastic bags into the holes and left. As someone with basic knowledge of proper installation methods, I find this highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I suspect the team may be selling the necessary sealant separately for profit. When I filed a complaint, the same crew was sent back, only to worsen the situation. Their dismissive and inappropriate remarks, such as “Should we paint the whole house for you?” were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I request Windsor to repair the damages caused by their authorized service and take responsibility for this negligence. If my concerns are not addressed promptly, I will escalate this matter to Consumer Rights. I am awaiting your urgent response.
