Poor Installation and Service for Windsor Air Conditioner

I purchased a Windsor air conditioner, but the installation experience was unacceptable. The technician who came was extremely rude and struggled to mount the unit on a flat wall. Additionally, I was informed that the brand charges for piping over a certain length, and I was asked to pay ₺3000.

I provided a cable myself for ₺40, but the technician left the electrical connection unfinished with exposed wires. The drainage hose was left dangling without being properly attached. When I asked for it to be fixed, he refused and told me to hire another professional to complete the job.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I demand Windsor address this issue immediately and ensure proper installation of the unit without further costs or inconvenience.
