About one month ago, I returned a product worth $46 that I had purchased from the Lefties online store. However, the refund has still not been credited to my credit card. I have called customer service multiple times to get information about the return process, but no one answers the phone and I cannot reach a representative. When I went to the store in person, I was not assisted, and no clear explanation was given about the status of my refund. My calls go unanswered, and I am given no concrete information regarding my return.
I request that my refund be immediately credited to my credit card and that I receive a clear, written update about the status of the process. Due to the lack of communication and support, I am experiencing financial inconvenience and expect this matter to be resolved urgently.
