Lefties Customer Service Not Responding to Return Request
About one month ago, I returned a product worth $46 that I had purchased from the Lefties online store. However, the refund has still not been credited to my credit card. Despite the amount of time that has passed, there has been no payment reflected on my account and no update or notification provided to me.
I have called customer service multiple times to get information about the return process, but no one answers the phone and I cannot reach a representative. When I went to the store in person, I was not assisted, and no clear explanation was given about the status of my refund. My calls go unanswered, and I am given no concrete information regarding my return.
I request that my refund be immediately credited to my credit card and that I receive a clear, written update about the status of the process. Due to the lack of communication and support, I am experiencing financial inconvenience and expect this matter to be resolved urgently.
