WeSing App User's Cyberbullying and Harassment

I am writing regarding serious bullying and harassment that my daughter is experiencing on the WeSing app. My daughter, Ceci, uses WeSing simply to sing and have fun, yet she is being targeted by a user named Lacy B***. This user repeatedly calls her “fat”, “ugly”, “stupid”, “gross” and “eww”, and makes fun of her in a humiliating way. My daughter only recently discovered these comments, but from what we can see, this kind of bullying happens immediately and very frequently, and there appear to be many bullies active on the platform. These messages are not only hurtful and completely untrue, they clearly constitute harassment and online bullying, which is extremely serious for young people and can have lasting emotional effects. It is very concerning to me that a child who is just trying to enjoy music is exposed to this type of behavior on your platform. I request that you urgently review this situation, take the necessary action against the user “Lacy B***”, and ban her account from WeSing so that she cannot continue bullying my daughter or other users. I also ask that you remove any insulting and harassing content directed at my daughter and take stronger measures to protect young users from similar abuse in the future. I am sharing this complaint so that this issue is handled promptly and my daughter can feel safe using your app.
