Brand-New Suzuki Burgman 400 Failed to Start Due to Defective Battery
I purchased a brand-new Suzuki Burgman 400 scooter from the Güngör Company dealership. Just four to five days after taking delivery, the vehicle suddenly failed to start. The dealership informed me that the scooter had been transferred from another location with the battery pre-installed, and although they charged the battery before handover, the root cause was a defective battery.
I have now been waiting three days for a replacement battery to be installed and for the scooter to undergo a comprehensive inspection to ensure it is in flawless condition. While the staff at Güngör Company have been attentive and supportive, Suzuki corporate has been unacceptably slow in supplying the new battery. Furthermore, despite submitting a formal written complaint directly to Suzuki, I have received no response whatsoever.
I purchased a Suzuki relying on the brand’s reputation for quality and customer support, but this experience has severely shaken my confidence. I demand that Suzuki corporate respond to my complaint without further delay, issue a formal apology for the inconvenience caused, and expedite the delivery of the replacement battery so my vehicle can be handed over to me promptly and in perfect working order.
