Unauthorized Keiki Payments Need Immediate Refund and Investigation

Because of the “Baby Games for Kids 3 5 Keiki” application that we used for my 5-year-old daughter, I discovered that approximately $35 in total had been charged to my İş Bankası credit card linked to the App Store on 04/09, 04/20, and 04/26 without our knowledge or consent. Neither I nor any member of my family knowingly approved or intentionally made these payments.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I tried to contact the company and report the situation by sending an email to [email protected]
through the support section of the application. However, I received an error message stating that the email could not be delivered, which meant I was unable to reach the company in any way. Not being able to contact any representative or receive support has caused me both financial and emotional distress.

I request a full refund of all payments that were made without my permission or knowledge. I also demand that all necessary security measures be taken to ensure that my account and card information cannot be used again through this application. In addition, I want this matter to be fully investigated so that other users do not experience the same issue, and I request a written explanation regarding the unauthorized charges and the actions taken.

My daughter installed the Keiki World Baby Games For Kids 3-5 app on our phone without us noticing. Although we did not purchase any paid membership or subscription through the app, in April and May unauthorized withdrawals of about 1,600 TL in total were made from my credit card on three different dates.

These payments were taken from my credit card issued by Türkiye İş Bankası, and I only noticed the amounts when I saw them on my statement without having given any approval. Despite calling the contact number provided in the app, I cannot reach anyone, so I have received no response from the company. Later we canceled the subscription on our own, but the amounts wrongly taken have not been refunded to me.

Having money withdrawn repeatedly and without any consent from a game app used by a small child has caused severe hardship. I demand that all amounts withdrawn from my card in April and May be fully refunded to my credit card.
