My daughter installed the Keiki World Baby Games For Kids 3-5 app on our phone without us noticing. Although we did not purchase any paid membership or subscription through the app, in April and May unauthorized withdrawals of about 1,600 TL in total were made from my credit card on three different dates.
These payments were taken from my credit card issued by Türkiye İş Bankası, and I only noticed the amounts when I saw them on my statement without having given any approval. Despite calling the contact number provided in the app, I cannot reach anyone, so I have received no response from the company. Later we canceled the subscription on our own, but the amounts wrongly taken have not been refunded to me.
Having money withdrawn repeatedly and without any consent from a game app used by a small child has caused severe hardship. I demand that all amounts withdrawn from my card in April and May be fully refunded to my credit card.
