I Want Dream Games to Remove My Permanent Royal Kingdom Ban

I recently discovered that my account in Dream Games’ Royal Kingdom has been permanently banned for the past several days. I was informed that the reason for the ban was allegedly using offensive language in chat. However, I believe this penalty is unnecessary, disproportionate, and far too severe for the situation.

No warning, temporary suspension, or prior notice was provided before the permanent ban was applied. Instead, I was immediately removed from the game entirely. As a player who has invested a significant amount of time and effort into my account, I do not believe my behavior warranted such a harsh punishment.

I respectfully request that the permanent ban on my account be reviewed and reconsidered. If possible, I would like the ban to be completely removed so that I can regain access to my account and continue playing. At the very least, I ask that the permanent ban be replaced with a less severe disciplinary action, allowing me the opportunity to return to the game.

I would appreciate a detailed explanation of the decision and a fair review of my case. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly so that I may once again access my account and continue enjoying the game.
