I placed an order on 01.03.2024 to benefit from Watsons' facial cleansing products' single-price (99 ₺) discount campaign. Surprisingly, my order was canceled by the company after just an hour and a half. While my friends who also ordered from the same campaign received their products without any issues, I faced cancellation without any prior notification. Upon contacting customer service, they advised me to purchase the products in-store with my ID. Trusting their assurance, I visited the Watsons store in Maltepe Piazza, as selected through Click and Come from Gebze. However, the store denied having any knowledge of my order and refused to provide any assistance. This ordeal highlights three major grievances: first, my order was canceled without consent or notice; second, I was misled by customer service; and third, despite my efforts to resolve the issue in-store, I received no support. It appears to be a deliberate strategy to avoid offering discounted products. I demand a resolution to this grievance and expect my order to be delivered promptly. Furthermore, attempts to contact customer service have been futile as none of my calls were answered.
