Hello, on November 9, 2023, I took advantage of Watsons' exclusive one-day campaign, purchasing three skincare serums for a total of 150 TL online. I promptly made the payment. However, today, I was shocked to receive a message stating that my approved order was canceled at 8:32 PM. I put significant effort into buying these products and paid for them, only to have them canceled. It seems they have the items in stock but decided not to honor the agreed-upon price. I insist on rectifying this situation and demand the necessary actions be taken. If not, I will assert my legal rights and file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

3 days ago, on November 9th, there was a discount on care serums, and I placed my orders on the online site with the option of store pickup. It was confirmed, but then I received information that it was canceled. I don't understand how this can happen because when I checked the 3 serums on that day, they were all in stock, and I also checked other branches, and they had them too. Five days have passed, and today I checked again; they have 2 serums in stock, 1 is out of stock, but it is available at a nearby branch. It's very unreasonable for them to cancel the order just because it's not convenient for them when there's a discount. I will spread and share this with everyone. I demand that this grievance be resolved.
