Watsons Failed to Credit My ₺400 Points and Customer Service Didn't Offer Any Solutions
I made a purchase of over ₺800 from Watsons on 10/08/2024, hoping to take advantage of the ₺400 Watsons points promotion that was valid between August 21st and 25th. However, as of the 21st, the points have not been credited to my account. Even after reaching out multiple times through the "Support" section on Watsons' website, I continued to receive the same scripted responses. It seemed like no matter what I tried, the suggestions provided were always the same: "Empty your cart, log out, and then log back in to add items to your cart," "Use incognito mode," and so on. These tactics only serve to inconvenience the customer without providing any meaningful resolution. I've had some problems with points not being credited in the past, but I decided to keep shopping anyway. However, this will be my final time doing so. I've talked to five customer service representatives, and none of them were able to provide a solution. It's frustrating to encounter this kind of situation. In addition, even though there was a campaign for select Rexona Roll On products where you could get a second one for ₺50, I unfortunately couldn't take advantage of it because the discount didn't apply to my cart. I also brought up this issue during the same conversation, but unfortunately, it was not resolved. They suggest that the stock may be depleted (although it would be clearer if they simply stated "out of stock"), or they attribute the issue to technical difficulties, providing illogical explanations. I've been bombarded with requests for screenshots and invasive investigations into my account, but unfortunately, there seems to be no resolution in sight. Why would someone attempt to run a campaign if they lack the necessary skills to handle it?
