I ordered from Watsons Click from Ankara Kentpark store on 01/12/2023. It seems to be getting ready. But normally it should be in the store within 1 hour. I called customer service and they all said different things. Look exactly 4 times. In fact, when I first called, it was a complete fiasco. Let me tell you that too. I asked for a cancellation, the man directed me, it was not canceled. But I still received a message, my own order number is 0108802552, but it was a different order number that was canceled and I do not have such an order. Anyway, then I called again. They told me to call the store. They called the store and said call customer service. I called customer service and they said it should be canceled from the store again. I called the store again, they told us that there is no product that has not fallen into our system, so we cannot cancel it. I called customer service again, they said they should open registration and cancel. Thanks to Ms. L*****, whom I talked about customer service that day, she called the store, provided support and took care of it. I entered the 4/12/2023 site, it seems that it is still preparing order. This time, I wrote to support, he says to me that it seems to be preparing. Bro, I know that you don't know each other. I am a customer. As if it wasn't enough that I shuttled by phone between the store and Watsons customer service, your infrastructure is 0 in a company opened yesterday. This is a great immity. I've been shopping for years, if you can't set up a system, what can I tell you :) can you imagine what you've given me? By the way, the store has no sin. They helped me a lot.
