Watsons Wasted My Discount Code and Did Not Deliver Elidor

On July 9th, I shopped at the Watsons store in Malatya Park Shopping Mall and was given a ₺200 discount code valid online. Also on July 9th, I used this code to create two Elidor shampoo Click and Collect lists online. On the morning of July 10th, I received an email saying, "Your products are ready, you can pick them up from our store." When I went to the store, only one was there, the other was not. After waiting there for about 15-20 minutes, they told me the product was in stock and they would check it and deliver it that evening. After dropping it off, it hadn't arrived. I came to the store again in the evening and they told me that they did not have the product and that a refund would be made. I used the code the store gave me and I did not receive the products. In this case, the code given to me was wasted and I could not use it. The store employees were indifferent and forced me to go back and forth to the shopping mall 3-4 times. I cannot connect to customer service, they do not answer any calls to me. I write to the complaint team and WhatsApp and no solution is offered. Watsons, a huge corporate brand, has been a complete disappointment. I will write about this grievance in every medium and as long as this situation is not resolved, Watsons will never be preferred again for me.
