Watsons Does Not Refund Fees For Products It Does Not Deliver

I made a purchase of ₺345 from Watsons website on 03.10.2023. 4 of the items I ordered were missing. I called customer service and complained. They also said that the refund of these products would be made to my card. Today is 22.12.2023. They do not refund the price of the products they have not delivered for almost 3 months. I request that my problem be resolved as soon as possible and the price of the products be refunded to me.
