On March 14th, I received a broken headlight palette in my cargo and returned it the next day. It's been a week, and I still haven't received my refund. Every time I call customer service, they give me the same excuse about not having much information. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated, and I need my money back immediately. They keep saying they've notified the warehouse, but I've yet to receive any messages or updates. I don't think it's fair that I have to deal with their irresponsible warehouse as a customer. Simply put, I want my refund as soon as possible. I am tired of this nonsense and I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible.
