Watson's Been Delaying My Refund For Days After Losing My Parcel

On May 2, I placed an order on the website, my order number is 0065230403, but I was told that my cargo was lost and entered the research process by the cargo company and the situation was reported. They rightly said that my refund should be from your side, but I have been trying to get my refund for more than 2 weeks, but my refund is never made, the last customer service I talked to said that your refund has been notified to your bank and the reflection time varies depending on your bank, but when I talked to the bank, I was told that the return period to the card is within 3 days after the bank is notified. B**** K****, the refund of your order numbered *** has been made to your card and the reflection period varies depending on your bank. B016" I had received such an information message and when I contacted the bank, it was credited to my card within two days, now I have neither received such an information message nor anything else, and on top of that, my order is still seen as cargoed! If you will not do what is necessary for my refund, I will start the legal process through the Consumer Arbitration Board and if my refund is not made within the following 4 days, I will follow all kinds of legal remedies and I will share how much you are victimizing customers not only in Turkey but also on every international platform, thank you.
