XM Trading Account Deposit Not Credited After Bank Transfer
I am using an XM 360 Standard trading account with account number 391296*** from India. On 1.3.2026, I deposited 50,000 Rs into my trading account via State Bank. Due to some bank issues, this amount was only credited to XM’s side on 4.3.2026, but the deposit has still not been added to the balance of my trading account. We contacted XM customer support and filed a complaint about this missing deposit, but we have not received any proper or satisfactory response so far. My funds are stuck, I am unable to use this amount for trading, and this situation is causing me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that my 50,000 Rs deposit be promptly located, credited to my trading account without any further delay, and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this issue. I also ask for a written clarification of the investigation result so that I can be sure my funds are secure.
