Watsons Charged Me For A Product I Did Not Receive Service
The name of the hassle: order number 0061540445, I couldn't pick up my order from the store, so it got sent back to the main office. doesn't sound unsolvable right? it's been a whole month and a half and I still haven't gotten my refund yet. they're just keeping my money for themselves. Even though I told them about it here, they still haven't started the refund process. they can't just get away with it like that. I'm ready to take this up a notch and complain to the consumer rights folks using the government's online platform. I ain't gonna let nobody take advantage of me no more. I'm done being patient. It sucks to see a company treating its customers like crap, not giving a damn about their happiness or what they want. They gotta get that their actions have consequences, and I'm gonna make sure justice is served.
