OKX Locked My Money Without Any Visible Reason
I have been experiencing a serious problem with my OKX Funding account since 9 March 2026. My balance of 2,414.06 USDT has been completely locked and I have been unable to use or withdraw these funds up to today, 11 March 2026. When I try to access or move this money, nothing happens and I do not receive any clear message or explanation on the screen about why my funds are blocked. Before this date, I had successfully made withdrawals and transfers from my Funding account, so this sudden situation is unexpected and worrying for me. I contacted OKX customer support, but I did not receive any helpful information or solution, and they did not even create or share any ticket number or case reference for my issue. I request that my 2,414.06 USDT in the Funding account be immediately released so that I can use or withdraw my own funds without restriction, and that I be given a clear explanation as to why my money was locked for these days without any visible reason or notice.
