I have been experiencing serious problems with my HDI home and health insurance policies in Turkey. Despite clearly informing HDI several times that we do not want to continue working with the company, the policies keep being renewed against our will and money is withdrawn from us each time. Since 2025, HDI has renewed these policies and collected over ₺40,000 from us through unwanted renewals. I am sharing my details as follows: SBM SAGMER Number 797610576 and policy number 365341019418. Although we have repeatedly stated that we do not want these policies to be renewed, HDI has continued to renew them and withdraw money, and we have not received any proper response. This situation has become very frustrating for us. I request that my policy be cancelled immediately, that all automatic renewals be stopped without my explicit consent, and that HDI stop contacting us about these policies. I expect the company to urgently correct this situation and ensure that no further renewals or charges are made without my clear approval.
