Neutrogena Skin Detox Caused Burning Swelling And Severe Dry Skin

Last week I bought the Netrogene Skin Detoks product from Evshop and used it twice, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the result. Although the product looked and smelled normal, after using it my face started to burn, swell and became very dry. My skin, which was in normal condition before, got seriously worse in just two days and I felt very bad. Because of this situation I stopped using the product immediately and started using Bepanthol Plus on my own, I have not yet gone to a doctor. I regularly use different skincare products and I have never experienced such a strong reaction before, so I really did not expect this from a product that is applied to the face. I am writing this complaint because I want the Netrogene Skin Detoks product I used to be examined in detail and I want to be informed about the result. Since this product is applied to the face, I expect the company to be much more careful and sensitive in production and controls, and to take the necessary steps so that other customers do not experience similar problems.
