Watsons' Damaged Product and Limited Options

I previously complained about a faulty blush I purchased from Watsons. They reached out to me right away, but their response left a lot to be desired. Despite the fact that the product was damaged, they refused to provide a replacement. Instead, they offered two options: a refund or an 80 TL Watsons card satisfaction coupon. What's perplexing is that I bought the blush for only 26 TL with a Watsons card discount. Its regular price is 203 TL, but it has been reduced to 101 TL. If I bought it again, I'd have to pay for shipping again. Why should I be inconvenienced as a result of their mistake? They suggested that I keep the defective item and accept an 80 TL coupon. Unfortunately, I felt compelled to accept their offer because they did not provide any other viable alternatives. My main goal is to get a replacement for this product, and I'd rather not pay more or keep the damaged item. It's disappointing that they can only get so little help for their error.
