Can't Use My Coupon at Watsons
Watsons doesn't give me my coupon! First, they gave me 2 coupons for my birthday, and then they worked with a useless shipping company that didn't deliver my product. So, Watsons tried to correct their mistake by saying they would give me a 200 TL-worth coupon. The first coupon didn't work, so I called them, and they gave me a second coupon, but this one didn't work either. This happened a month ago. Now, they still haven't given me my coupon, despite saying they would. What are they trying to do? From July 18th to September 10th, I've been a customer, but I have to chase them down. They've told me at least 10 times that they would give me my coupon, but they never do. They don't call me, and they don't try to help me. I would never choose Watsons again, all for just a 200 TL-worth coupon! What is your problem?
