My Watsons Order Canceled Without Consent! My Loyalty Points Wasted
I feel like Watsons is messing with me. I made a purchase five days ago using ₺400 worth of Watsons points. And now, just when I was eagerly anticipating my package, they went ahead and canceled my order. Hey, they did it without asking me! They claim they'll give me a refund for the points, but even if they do, the items I want are currently unavailable. I can't help but wonder how frequently Watsons treats its customers like this. I'd like to get my order back exactly as it was, at the same price. Otherwise, I'll have to escalate this to Consumer Rights.
