Between August 24th and September 5th, we booked an apartment in Leiden, Netherlands, using the Vrbo app. Unfortunately, we were not given the address and home phone number of the rented apartment. We don't have any contact information for the accommodation in Holland. We have attempted to contact the host via your platform, but unfortunately, we have not received any response.
