Starpets Shows "Something Went Wrong" When Adding Roblox

I am using the Starpets mobile app and I am unable to add my Roblox account. Every time I reach the “Step 2. Enter password” screen and try to proceed, I receive the error message “Something went wrong. Try again!” and the process stops. This issue occurs on every single attempt, so I cannot connect my Roblox account to Starpets at all. I have already tried logging out of my account in the app and logging back in, but the error continues in the same way. I request that this technical problem preventing me from adding my Roblox account be identified and fixed, and that my account be successfully linked without further errors.
