OmeTV Incorrectly Restricted My Access for Age Verification

I was using the OmeTV service today from Portugal when my access was suddenly blocked and I received a warning saying that the platform is only for adults and that I do not meet the age requirement. I did not violate any rules and was only being skipped or ignored by other users when this happened. I am an adult and my account was blocked without any valid reason. This situation is unfair and has prevented me from using the service normally. I request that my account be reactivated as soon as possible and that the ban be removed, as I meet the age requirement and wish to continue using OmeTV without restrictions.
