I Face No-Show Host and Missing Apartment on Airbnb Tetuan Booking with Refund Refused

On August 4, I booked an apartment in Tetuan, Morocco through the Airbnb app under confirmation code HMZ8PQ***. When I arrived at the listed address, I discovered that no such apartment existed. I immediately tried contacting the host multiple times, but received no response at all.

Stranded without accommodation, I reached out to Airbnb’s support team both through the app and by calling the provided phone number. However, support was only available in English, which made it extremely difficult for me to explain my situation clearly. Despite my efforts, no solution was provided. To date, I have not received any reply from either the host or Airbnb, and my issue remains unresolved.

Because I could not stay at the booked property, I was forced to spend the night on the street and am now searching for another hotel. I trusted Airbnb for safe bookings, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. I demand an immediate refund of ₺4,720.62 and proper compensation for the distress caused. I also expect to receive support in Turkish so I can communicate my concerns clearly and have this matter resolved without further delay.
