TikTok Shows "Unrecognized Device" When I Reset My Password

I am having a serious problem accessing my TikTok account and I am asking for urgent support to resolve it. My TikTok username is "shezibhi1" and the email address linked to my account is "dexentmunda***@gmail.com". I still have access to this email and to my phone number. I forgot my TikTok password, and when I try to reset it and create a new password, I receive an “unrecognized device” error, even though I only use one device. Because of this error, I cannot complete the password reset and I cannot log back into my account properly. I request that my account be checked and that the “unrecognized device” issue be removed so that I can reset my password safely and regain full access to my account using my registered email and phone number.
