I ordered a Givenchy L’Interdit EDP 80 ml perfume from Voghion with order number 2026042915064516590019. According to the tracking information, the shipment was marked as delivered on 13 May, but I never received the product. The shipping company later confirmed that the package was delivered to the wrong address, which does not match the delivery address on my order. Despite this confirmation, Voghion’s customer service has not handled the situation professionally. Instead of taking responsibility and contacting their shipping agent directly, they asked me to follow up with the shipping company myself. After the shipping agent clearly confirmed to all parties that the shipment was misdelivered, Voghion replied by sending a delivery note that shows different names, which do not match mine, and they insist on treating this as valid proof of delivery. I clearly did not receive my order, and even the shipping agent has admitted that it was delivered to the wrong address. I therefore request a full refund for this purchase as soon as possible, as I paid for a product that never reached me due to an error that is not my responsibility.

"After filling out and submitting the customer satisfaction survey sent by Beymen, they called the next day. I created a return request and sent the product for a prepaid inspection. The next day my return request was approved, and it was refunded to my card within two days. My trust in the brand has been renewed, thank you."
