Enza Home Bed Legs Scratched Floor, Return and Floor Damage Repair Request

I purchased a bed from Enza Home Marmara Forum about a month ago, and it was delivered to my home yesterday. After the installation, I noticed that the bed’s legs damaged and scratched the floor today. The product is still under warranty. I would like Enza Home to take back this bed and also repair the damage caused to my floor due to the faulty or unsuitable legs. My Enza Home order/invoice number is 1107042250. I kindly request that this issue be urgently examined and that a solution be provided as soon as possible.
