After filling out and submitting the customer satisfaction survey sent by Beymen, they called the next day. I created a return request and sent the product for a prepaid inspection. The next day my return request was approved, and it was refunded to my card within two days. My trust in the brand has been renewed, thank you.

I ordered an “ELIE SAAB LE PARFUM XMAS24 GIFT SET EDP 90 ML + BL75 + SG75” through the Beymen app, trusting the Beymen brand. My order number is MP28146171, and the order date is shown as 09.02.2026. The product was delivered to my office on 11.02.2026. When I opened the package the next day, I realized that the perfume inside was fake. This is a perfume I have been using for years, so I can clearly distinguish the original from the counterfeit in terms of both scent and texture. Even for someone who has never used it before, the scent is medicinal and extremely unpleasant. What further undermined my trust was that, according to the shipping label, the product appears to have been sent by Teha Kozmetik A.Ş., not Beymen, despite the fact that I placed the order through the Beymen app believing I was purchasing directly from Beymen. I have been a loyal customer of Beymen, Beymen Club, and Divarese in the ready‑to‑wear segment for many years, and I find it unacceptable that a product I strongly believe to be counterfeit has been supplied via the Beymen platform in this way. The low‑quality appearance of the box and the cardboard sleeve around it only reinforces my concerns about the authenticity of the product. I have repeatedly tried to reach your customer service at 444 4 700, but the line either does not connect or I am not given any option to speak to a customer representative. As a result, I have not been able to explain the situation to anyone or initiate any process through customer service, which is extremely frustrating and further damages my trust in your brand. I urgently request that the return process for this order be initiated without any delay, that the product be collected from me, and that the full amount I paid be refunded to my credit card. Additionally, I expect your customer representatives to contact me as soon as possible to provide clear information about the process and about the authenticity control of this product. If Beymen is shipping products through third‑party companies via the app, I also expect this to be stated transparently and for the necessary measures to be taken so that similar issues do not occur again.
