I Face Missing Clinique Shipment After 8 Days of Waiting

The product I ordered from Clinique 8 days ago has still not been delivered. The shipping company says they did not receive the package from Clinique, while Clinique says that the order was handed over to the courier. Despite contacting Clinique three separate times during this process, I have not received any response and have not been able to reach a solution.

My order number is 6926174586. I truly do not understand how a brand of this size can continue working with such an unreliable shipping company. I request that my product be resent immediately and that my inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible.
