• Find your order
• Note the tracking number and courier name
• Screenshot the tracking info
Track with the courier directly;
• Copy the tracking number
• Visit the official courier website
• Paste the tracking number and check status
• Screenshot the results
Check delivery address;
• Confirm the shipping address in your order
• Make sure it was correct
• Screenshot the address
Check email/SMS notifications;
• Search for:
– “Shipment update”
– “Out for delivery”
– “Delivered”
• Screenshot any messages you received
Ask the local post office (if applicable);
• Some shipments move from courier to local postal delivery
• Call or visit the post office with your tracking number
Message the seller on Voghion;
• Use the in-app messaging tool
• Ask for:
– Proof of shipment
– Courier contact
– Delivery scan images
• Screenshot all messages
Contact Voghion Support;
• Provide:
– Order number
– Tracking number
– Screenshots of tracking and conversations
• Ask them to:
– Investigate the shipment
– Provide updated status
If the package truly can’t be located, open a refund/dispute on your order and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
