Domestika Plus Subscription Reactivated Without Consent
Some time ago I canceled my Domestika Plus subscription after a price increase, and the account was closed. After that, Domestika offered me access to a single class for $0.99, which I agreed to because it was clearly presented as a cheap one‑off purchase, not a subscription restart. Without my knowledge or consent, Domestika then reopened my previously closed Plus account and renewed the subscription, charging me $329 for a plan I did not approve or intend to purchase. The screenshot I attached shows the $329 payment to Domestika Inc. and that I have already opened a support ticket about this charge. I consider this an unfair and deceptive practice, as a low‑priced one‑time class offer should not be used to silently reactivate and bill a full subscription. I did not authorize the renewal of Domestika Plus, I was not clearly informed that my canceled subscription would be reopened, and I would never have agreed to a $329 charge under these conditions. I request that Domestika immediately cancel this renewed Plus subscription, issue a full refund of the $329 to my original payment method, and confirm the permanent closure of any recurring billing on my account so this does not happen again.
