Trendyol Order Not Delivered and No Refund Provided

I placed an order on Trendyol in February 2026 to be delivered to Georgia, with the order number 10225603827, and to this day I have not received anything. This situation is outrageous and completely unacceptable. When I reached out to Trendyol customer service, instead of taking responsibility, they simply told me there was nothing they could do and directed me to the courier company. The courier company clearly stated that they never even received the shipment from Trendyol. In other words, Trendyol did not deliver the product to the courier, yet keeps pushing the blame onto them and leaving me in the middle of this mess. I am being openly pushed around and ignored by both sides, and no one is owning up to the problem. Trendyol took my money, failed to deliver the product, failed to hand it over properly to the courier, and then tried to wash its hands of the issue. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, reliability, and basic respect for the customer. My order was never delivered, the courier confirms they never received it, and Trendyol has still not provided any real solution. I am extremely dissatisfied and angry with this experience. I demand an immediate full refund for my order without any more excuses, delays, or attempts to shift responsibility.
