Cancel Reelmira Subscription

I had a subscription to the Reelmira Drama app, which I believed I had canceled, yet 24.99 USD is still being taken from my card even though I no longer have the app installed. Despite not using the service anymore and not receiving any cancellation confirmation or information about an active subscription, my Bank of America Mastercard debit card was charged 24.99 USD again on 10/24/2026, as shown in the attached receipt/statement. I was not aware that the subscription was still active and did not authorize these continued payments. I request that my Reelmira Drama subscription be fully canceled immediately and that the 24.99 USD that was charged after I stopped using the app be refunded to my card. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been terminated and that no further charges will be made.
