Lancome Perfume Marked Delivered But Not Received - Refund Request
On 20.11.2025, I ordered a perfume from the Lancome store on a very popular and trending e-commerce platform. My order number is 10711173432 and my delivery number is 9967279736. Although the system shows this order as “delivered,” the product absolutely never reached me. I was home all day and my doorbell never rang. Instead, I found a small, torn box at my door containing only a crumpled pink paper—there was no perfume inside, and I did not receive any delivery SMS or confirmation. I reported the situation multiple times—three or four times—through the platform, providing detailed explanations and photos. Despite this, Lancome keeps sending the same automatic response saying, “According to our warehouse records, your product has been delivered,” without conducting any real investigation. They claim the product left the warehouse, but I never received it. Since the item was not delivered to me, I request an immediate refund for this order and expect my issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
