I Face Still Waiting for Missing Perfume From Victoria’s Secret Online Order
About three months ago, I placed an order for three perfumes from the Victoria’s Secret online store (Order No: 641HR5377I). Due to a shipping label mix-up, someone else’s name appeared under my label with my name and address, and I ended up receiving another person’s products. Out of the three items I ordered, only one was correct — I kept that one and returned the incorrect product to the company.
Since then, I’ve contacted Victoria’s Secret customer service multiple times. During these calls, I was told that the missing and incorrect products would be resent, but three months have passed, and no solution has been provided. My missing item still hasn’t arrived. I paid a total of ₺2,010 for this order via credit card.
I request that my missing product be shipped to me immediately, and that this issue be resolved without further delay.
